Customer Reviews

Gienook has done an outstanding job on both my car and my motorbike. The attention to detail is second to none, they didn't just clean the obvious areas but took the time to get into every corner, including all the tight and hard-to-reach spaces. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves. Everything was left looking spotless and professionally finished. If you're looking for someone who cares about quality and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Wash Wizards Car Detailing. I'll definitely be coming back.

Big cheers to Gienook for doing a full service on my waka today 4 June 2026. Car is looking nice and new again, smelling fresh and sparkling hard. 6 years worth of green mold gone, tyres looking new, carpets mats all cleaned and looking new. Even though you had the elements against you, rain, no power and lawn clippings getting in your path, you managed to persevere and produce a top service. Appreciate you brother, and then a $50 discount on my next clean, within the next few months. Bonus!

Fantastic mobile valet service! Adham was great to deal with from start to finish. The convenience of having my car valeted at home was brilliant, and my Mercedes looks fantastic. The attention to detail was excellent, especially the wheels, which have come up looking like new. Friendly, professional service and a great result. I'd happily recommend Adam to anyone looking for a quality mobile valet and will definitely use him again.

Amazing job my car is spotless! Lovely staff - great communication, friendly, polite. Will definitely be booking again:)

Such a great job done on the car by Omar! Everything was so well explained and price was fair too. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Wash Wizards! I recently had my car cleaned by them and honestly, the results were incredible — the car came up looking brand new inside and out. Would 100% recommend. The boys did my car within a couple days notice, were by far the most affordable and have done an amazing job. Can't fault them at all.

My first time having my car professionally valeted and I'm genuinely so impressed! The team were so meticulous — the wheels and tyres especially have never looked better. Will absolutely be back.

I had an amazing experience with Wash Wizards. Gienook detailed my car and he did an excellent job with everything including removing stains from my seat that other detailing businesses failed to do. My car is now spotless and will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Best detailing business in Auckland!

Car has never been so clean, old car 2009, friendly organised, great work, recommend. It's been over a week, my car looks good and clean, although I noticed that the old food stains on passenger seat have popped up since the rest of it was cleaned.

Amazing thank you!!

Fantastic service. My car has never been this clean. Sparkling inside and out. It had become so dirty after transporting lots of plants. Accumulated kid mess too. Now it looks like new. So much effort was put into to the details which I really appreciated.

Great communication, did a great job! Excellent advertising and instant response from that too.

I chose Wash Wizards Detailing because I wanted to support a young local business, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. After my vehicle (only a year old) was detailed by Gienook Choe, I discovered scratches consistent with rubbing that were not present beforehand. I was told I should have known bird droppings can damage paint, but that misses the point. If removing them carried a risk of scratching the paint, I should have been informed before any work was carried out. The complaint handling was equally disappointing. Both Gienook and the manager, Omar, dismissed my concerns, suggested I may have caused the damage myself, and implied I was seeking a free paint job. One scratch was later polished, but only after repeatedly describing it as a "courtesy" rather than acknowledging responsibility. I was also advised they have no insurance to cover customer vehicle damage and, after multiple follow-ups, they stopped responding. I am now pursuing the matter through the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Disputes Tribunal. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wash Wizards Detailing. If something goes wrong, I have little confidence that your concerns will be handled professionally or fairly.
